Position Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter. This role is ideal for those with a background in sales who are looking for a flexible yet rewarding opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments with potential clients for our client’s businesses/sales team.
• Conduct follow-ups and perform research on new targets or areas for business development.
•Work part-time on your time frame
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to navigate through gatekeepers effectively.
• Previous experience in a similar role or as a recruiter is highly desirable.
• Resilience and a 'thick skin' to handle sales rejections.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience working within Zoho is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation:
• Generous commission structure for successful appointment setting and bonus on sale by the sales team.
• Hourly call rate compensation.
• This is a 1099 contractor position, offering the flexibility to work with other companies or clients.

• This is a remote, work-from-home position. Contractor will provide his or her own computer equipment with headset for click dialing through Zoho.
